Refund policy

Your 14-day right to return
You may return any item purchased from Figarotk within 14 calendar days from the date you receive it. This is a no-questions-asked return window. You do not need to give a reason, and the return is not limited to items that are faulty or damaged. This 14-day window meets the minimum required under French consumer law for distance sales, and we apply it to every order without requiring a reason for return.

The 14-day period starts on the day the parcel is delivered to the address you provided, not the day the order is placed. If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline moves to the next business day.

Return shipping cost
Return shipping is free, and we do not charge a restocking fee. We will provide a prepaid return label with your original parcel or by email upon request. If you prefer to arrange your own return shipment, please contact us first so we can confirm the correct return address and documentation.

Please include your order number inside the parcel, or write it on the return label if the carrier permits. Without an order number, matching the return to your payment can be delayed.

Condition of returned items
You are free to open and inspect the item as you would in a physical shop. We ask that returned items be sent back in a condition that allows them to be resold: not used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics, and with any tags, hygiene seals, or original packaging intact where applicable. If an item shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect the loss in value, and we will explain the deduction in writing before processing it.

This condition-of-return paragraph does not override your statutory rights. If an item is faulty or not as described, the return is treated as a conformity issue and no deduction for use applies.

Refund timing
Once your return arrives at the Annecy address, we inspect it and process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is always issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

After we issue the refund, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the credit to your account. This posting period is controlled by your bank or card issuer, not by Figarotk. We will send you an email confirmation at the moment the refund is released on our side, so you have a record of the date the 7–10 business day posting period begins.

What to include when you contact us about a return
To help us locate your order and process the return without back-and-forth emails, please have the following ready when you write to info@figarotk.my:

where and when you purchased the item;

your order confirmation or receipt;

a photograph of the item as you received it;

a short note on why you are returning it.

You are not required to provide a reason to exercise the 14-day return right. The items above are for order-matching and, where relevant, for helping us understand whether the issue is a return or a conformity claim.

Refunds for orders cancelled before dispatch
If you cancel an order before it is handed to the carrier, we cancel and refund it in full. Because no parcel has been sent, the 14-day return window and the return-address process do not apply. The same 1–2 business day processing and 7–10 business day bank posting periods described above apply to the refund.
