Who you are contracting with
When you place an order on , your contract of sale is with Figarotk, 10 Rue du Mont-Baron, 74000 Annecy, France. Figarotk is the merchant of record and the party responsible for fulfilling the order and handling returns and refunds.

Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. If an item is unavailable after the confirmation, we will contact you and offer a full refund or, where possible, an alternative. We do not accept orders for delivery outside mainland France, and orders with ineligible addresses are cancelled and refunded.

Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in euros and include French VAT where applicable. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed. Shipping to mainland France is free. We do not add handling or packaging fees.

Right of withdrawal
Consumers in France have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance sale within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Figarotk applies this 14-day window to every order and does not require a reason for return. The return process, return address, refund timing, and condition-of-return rules are set out in the Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Conformity and legal guarantees
Items must be delivered in conformity with their description. If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for its intended purpose, you are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity under French law, in addition to the 14-day return right. Contact info@figarotk.my with your order number and a description of the issue; we will arrange a return, replacement, or refund in line with the applicable guarantee. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that French consumer law grants to consumers.

Liability
Figarotk is responsible for the order until the parcel is delivered to the address you provided. Once delivered, risk passes to you, except where the item is faulty or not as described. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruptions, severe weather, or public authority action. If such an event occurs, we will contact you with the option to wait or cancel and receive a refund for items not yet delivered.

Intellectual property
The Figarotk name, the content of this site, and the product photographs and descriptions we produce are owned by Figarotk or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission. Product names or marks that belong to third parties remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification where necessary.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute arises, contact us first at info@figarotk.my so we can try to resolve it directly. If that does not resolve the matter, you may use the French consumer mediation process or bring the dispute before the competent French court. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Consumer Centre network for cross-border disputes.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the law, carrier arrangements, or site functionality. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order. The date at the top shows when the current version was published.
